HOW TO USE

For Face Care:

• Massage a dime-sized amount of Nicumin Face Cleansing Jelly on moist skin. Since this wash is soap-free, it will not lather but will take up a soft, white, creamy consistency when massaged.
• Splash some more water and wash it off. Pat dry. Follow with a light-weight face moisturiser or oil.
• Dab 3 small dots of the Rufolia eye cream and spread gently on the under-eye area.
• Massage until fully absorbed.

For Oral Care:

• Take 5 to 10 ml of oil into the mouth and swirl it around the mouth cavity for 5 to 10 minutes and then spit out. Rinse your mouth with warm water thereafter.
• It can be applied directly on the affected area using a cotton bud or use it as directed by a Physician or Vaidya.

For Body Care:

• Take a few pumps of Nirujam and massage gently onto the joints, muscles, and skin for 15 to 20 minutes.
• After massage, wipe off any excess oil that has remained unabsorbed by the skin. Keep the massaged area warm.
• Use Nirujam Joint Care Oil preferably at bedtime. Leave the oil applied overnight and wash off in the morning, preferably with lukewarm water.

For Nutrition/Healthcare:

• Take one capsule twice a day or as directed by physician.
• Do not consume if pregnant or lactating.
