HOW TO USE

1. In the morning, take some Mashaya oil, apply all over the body and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
2. At night, take a few pumps of the Ashwanyam oil and massage gently all over the body (You may warm the oil before use).
3. While massaging the oils, use downward strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back. Massage thoroughly until the oil gets fully absorbed.

Caution: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Use only as directed. These products are dermatologically tested for safety by an independent third party. However, individual allergic reactions cannot be ruled out. Always do a patch test before use. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not apply to cuts, wounds, or rashes. Can moisturiser be applied on top of the oils?
You can always apply a light layer of moisturiser on top of the oils but like most of our customers you wouldn’t feel the need!

Are there any preservatives in these oils?

Can sunscreen be applied on top of the oils?
Remember that our products do not offer sun protection. It is always recommended that you layer your oil with sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage.
