FEATURES OF THE OILS

HOW TO USE

1. In the morning, take some Mashaya oil, apply all over the body and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
2. Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back. Ensure that the oil gets absorbed completely.
3. At night, take a few pumps of the Ashwanyam oil and massage gently all over the body for 5-10 minutes. (You may warm the oil before use for relaxation).
4. Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back. Massage thoroughly until the oil gets fully absorbed.

How much of the oils should be used at once?

You only need a few pumps of Ashwanyam Ashwagandha-Rich Body Oil and Mashaya Strengthening All-Over Body Oil. However, you can also adjust the quantity of the oils as per your moisturisation needs. But remember, at VARAASA, less is always more!

Can moisturiser be applied on top of the oils?

You can always apply a light layer of moisturiser on top of the oils but like most of our customers you wouldn’t feel the need!

Are there any preservatives in these oils?

None at all. The above mentioned 100% natural herbs and spices are the only ingredients that go into the making of these products.

Can sunscreen be applied on top of the oils?

Remember that our products do not offer sun protection. It is always recommended that you layer your oil with sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage.
