HOW TO USE

1. Take some oil, apply all over the body and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
2. Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back.
3. Ensure that the oil gets absorbed completely.
