HOW TO USE

1. Take a few pumps of the oil and massage gently onto the joints, muscles, and skin for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. After massage, wipe off any excess oil that has remained unabsorbed by the skin. Keep the massaged area warm.
3. Use Nirujam Joint Care Oil preferably at bedtime. Leave the oil applied overnight and wash off in the morning, preferably with lukewarm water.
