HOW TO USE

1. Shake the bottle before use. Take 3-4 pumps of the oil for each foot/leg, you may adjust the quantity as required.
2. Slightly warm the oil by rubbing it in between your palms.
3. Massage your leg/feet for 5-10 minutes. Allow the oil to get absorbed fully.
4. Wipe off any excess oil that remains unabsorbed before wearing socks or footwear. Leave applied.
