HOW TO USE

NIRUJAM JOINT CARE OIL

1. Take a few pumps of the oil and massage gently onto the joints, muscles, and skin for 5-10 minutes.
2. After massage, wipe off any excess oil that has remained unabsorbed by the skin. Keep the massaged area warm.
3. Use Nirujam Joint Care Oil preferably at bedtime. Leave the oil applied overnight and wash off in the morning, preferably with lukewarm water.

RUJARELIEF FOOT & LEG SOOTHER

1. Shake the bottle before use. Take 3-4 pumps of the oil for each foot/leg, you may adjust the quantity as required.
2. Slightly warm the oil by rubbing it in between your palms.
3. Massage your leg/feet for 5-10 minutes. Allow the oil to get absorbed fully.
4. Wipe off any excess oil that remains unabsorbed before wearing socks or footwear. Leave applied.

ASHWANYAM ASHWAGANDHA RICH BODY OIL

1. Take some oil, apply all over the body and massage gently. (You may warm the oil before use for relaxation).
2. Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back.
3. Massage thoroughly until the oil gets fully absorbed.

Can moisturiser be applied on top of these oils?
