FEATURES OF THE OILS

HOW TO USE

1. In the morning, take some Mashaya oil, apply all over the body and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
2. Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back. Ensure that the oil gets absorbed completely.
3. At night, take a few pumps of the Nirujam oil and massage gently onto the joints, muscles, and skin for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. After massage, wipe off any excess oil that has remained unabsorbed by the skin. Keep the massaged area warm. Leave the oil applied overnight and wash off in the morning, preferably with lukewarm water.

How much of the oils should be used at once?

You only need a few pumps of Nirujam Joint Care and Mashaya Strengthening All-Over Body Oil. However, you can also adjust the quantity of the oils as per your moisturisation needs. But remember, at VARAASA, less is always more!

Can moisturiser be applied on top of the oils?

You can always apply a light layer of moisturiser on top of the oils but like most of our customers you wouldn’t feel the need! 

Are there any preservatives in these oils?

None at all. The above mentioned 100% natural herbs and spices are the only ingredients that go into the making of these products.

Can sunscreen be applied on top of the oils?

Remember that our products do not offer sun protection. It is always recommended that you layer your oil with sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage.
