The Ayurveda Experience online consultancy Terms and Conditions for Users

• The Ayurveda Experience enables users to connect with Independent Ayurveda Consultants by providing the facility that allows Users to seek Ayurveda consultancy from these consultants on WhatsApp. 
• The Ayurveda Experience will ensure Users are provided a platform on WhatsApp for the users to seek Ayurveda consultancy from the expert consultants. However, The Ayurveda Experience has no liability if an appointment is later cancelled by the Ayurveda Consultant, or the same Consultant is not available for consultancy.
• The Ayurveda Experience reserves the right to share the information provided by the User with the Consultant and store such information and/or conversation of the User with the Consultant.
• Nothing shall be construed as an endorsement by The Ayurveda Experience of any Consultant. The User shall be seeking consultancy at his/her own risk.
• The Ayurveda Experience is not involved in providing any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any interactions between User and the Consultant. User understands and agrees that The Ayurveda Experience will not be liable for:

• User interactions and associated issues User has with the Consultant;
• the ability or intent of the Consultant(s) or the lack of it, in fulfilling their obligations towards Users;
• any wrong medication or quality of treatment being given by the Consultant(s), or any medical negligence on part of the Consultant(s);
• inappropriate treatment, or similar difficulties or any type of inconvenience suffered by the User due to a failure on the part of the Consultant to provide agreed Services;
• any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour by the Consultant or the Consultant’s staff;
• cancellation or no show by the Consultant or rescheduling of booked appointment
